This Privacy Statement describes the practices of Appalachian Title, Inc., G. William Little, III Blue Ridge Law, PC and their associated tradenames (“Blue Ridge Law”, “we” or “us”) with respect to personal information we collect through our Web sites and mobile applications that display or link to this Statement (the “Sites”).

We collect your personal information or personal data when you provide it to us. "Personal information or personal data" is any information that can be used to identify either directly or indirectly to identify a natural person (“you”) such as your name, identification number, location data, etc.  Personal information is also information that we can link with other information to identify you.  We may automatically collect certain information when you use, access, or interact with our Digital Services. We may collect information from other sources, such as social media platforms that may share information about how you interact with our social media content.  We engage third parties that support the operation of our Digital Services, such as analytics providers. These third parties may use technologies to track your online activities over time and across different websites and online platforms.


How We Use Personal Information Collected through the Sites 
We use personal information we collect through our Sites to contact you, to provide you with information that you have requested, to provide additional information which we believe may be of interest to you, to perform an activity you have requested, to enhance or improve the Sites, for security purposes, or otherwise to operate our business.

The use of the Internet creates inherent information security risks, and we are not able to guarantee the security of our Sites.  We deploy administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to comply with applicable legal requirements and safeguard the information that we collect.  Notwithstanding this, no information system can be 100% secure and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. Moreover, we are not responsible for the security of information you transmit to us over networks that we do not control, including the Internet and wireless networks.

The inclusion of a link to a third-party site does not imply our endorsement of the site or the products and services offered at such site.
